ABOUT NANCY PEARSON

Nancy Pearson is respected for her success as a luxury real estate specialist for over a decade, plus has garnered international recognition and relationships as a high-profile interior designer since 1992. Her aesthetic talent has graced homes throughout NYC, Long Island, Southampton, Connecticut, Palm Beach, Aspen, London, and the Bahamas. With unique expertise in the Manhattan and Hamptons markets, Nancy understands what her clients are seeking in a dream home. She is equally skilled at ensuring the most expedient, profitable sale for owners by optimizing their property’s presentation appeal. Just as her designs have reflected the individuality and expectations of her discerning clientele, so does her customized real estate practice geared toward exceptional service and results.

Real estate and design have always been Nancy’s passions. Her forte is personalizing the home experience and helping clients make decisions on what is the best value for them. Having purchased and sold properties in NYC, the Hamptons, and out west, Nancy understands the emotional and financial considerations of owning real estate. She is very conscious about staying on top of the markets she serves and is considered both a fixture and a trendsetter in the city and out east.

Nancy founded her NYC interior design firm, NP Design Inc., and after an award-winning career as an art director in TV and fashion, was inspired to renovate her own church loft space in Murray Hill. Her first major commission, a 2-bedroom penthouse, was chosen for the prestigious Amfar House Tour. She went on to be featured in many publications and appeared on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing.” Nancy also worked with the prestigious architectural design firm, Switzer Group on Fifth Avenue creating corporate interiors including Phillips Van Heusen's executive floor at 200 Madison Ave, and the law offices of Greenberg Traurig and Herrick Feinstein. Having participated in three show houses in New York, Palm Beach, and the Hamptons afforded her wide exposure to both clientele and home design trends.

Originally from the Dakotas, Nancy holds a B.A. from Minnesota State University. She moved to Manhattan to study graphic design and interiors at the School of Visual Arts, plus received training in antiques and furniture at Sotheby's. Nancy is a world traveler who has lived in London, Monte Carlo, Palm Beach, Manhattan, Aspen, and Southampton. She has chaired and participated in numerous fundraising events and donated invitation designs for charity.
